Why am I here?

This question wasn’t meant in the existential sense. It’s more specifically: why did I decide to set up as a wellness coach in an oversaturated industry full of people trying to sell you the next solution to your problems (some that you didn’t know you had until they told you you do.)

And that is my answer. In a world where you can’t get away from brands, advertising, how to's and hacks it’s sometimes really hard to even pick a place to start to improve yourself.  Let alone stick to changes, hold yourself accountable, celebrate your wins and figure out why something isn’t working for you that works for “everyone else”. That's before you try and adapt it to work for you and your life.

Working as a coach in the community I have found that many people come to me overwhelmed by information, desparately wanting to make a change but spending more time reading and researching instead of taking action.

So, I’m here to help you pick a place to start and slowly, step by step, a little at a time, to live your life in the way that is best for you.

I have a lot of experience in the things that work (for most bodies) and the things that don’t. There is no one size fits all approach but there are some truths about how to be well that are true for almost all bodies and minds.

I am very good at figuring out how those truths look best for you.

So here I am.

Offering you a chance to really start living your life the way you want to.

(And there I am  climbing some steps, because would it be a wellness blog if I didn't put a metaphorical picture? We'll talk more about wellness journeys being step by step.

Those steps were very steep. I wasn't appropriately dressed. The view from the top was incredibly beautiful and I was walking with one of my favourite humans..

So it is a very accurate metaphor for my ongoing wellness journey)
